Sensory testing

Our laboratory facilities are specifically designed for the purpose of sensory analyses and the evaluation of the impact of food contact or packaging materials on the odour or taste of foodstuffs.

Employees are regularly trained in accordance with DIN 10961 and the efficiency in terms of taste or odour evaluations is checked. Consequently, we dispose of trained panels of testers at all times.

ISEGA participates in the international standardization committees for food contact and thereby accompanies the future scientific development.
