For more than 50 years now ISEGA has pursued successful business activity as an independent testing and certification institute with the capability for analytical work in
- Pulp, paper and board
- Plastics
- Packaging and food contact articles
- Colourants, lacquers, additives and other chemicals
in the fields of chemical and physical analytical work, microbiology, ecology, examination and certification of products.
In 1990, our range of services was successfully enhanced by the certification of the hygiene management systems of packaging manufacturers.
The analytical work is carried out in conformity with the current state of the art technology and according to national and international standards. Our high level of quality was underpinned by the first DACH accreditation according to EN 45011 and later continued by our accredition according to EN ISO 17025.
For our testing activities in the fields of chemical, physical as well as microbiological analyses, our laboratory is furnished with modern equipment with a staff of about 100. Sampling, drillings and on-site analyses are carried out by means of a mobile measuring laboratory.
The organizational structure of the institute allows a direct communication between scientists from various disciplines. Thus, customers enjoy the advantage of our one-stop-shop expertise covering the complete product life cycle including product manufacturing, product finishing and use as well as its disposal.
Certification
Thanks to the active participation of company executive members in the activities of CEN, DIN, BfR or Zellcheming (German Association of the Pulp and Paper Engineers), our customers can profit from our knowledge of the current and future standards and regulations.
ISEGA test reports, test certificates, declarations of conformity and product certifications in German, English, French and several other languages enjoy a great reputation among both national and international authorities as well as industry and commerce.
